The hotel was fairly clean and had ideal staff and location. I loved that the room was neat with excellent facilities.

Everything was great, we had very comfortable 3 days here. The venue was set in the central position very close to the center, supermarket and bus stop to town centre. Spent our evenings in nearby The Plough Inn, especially when it was hot outside.

Set within 5 minutes' walk of the bus stop. A really nice stay for a weekend or short stay.

Little, clean place, everything was very good, including staff and location.

Clean and recently refurbished accom with perfect location near bus stop to town centre. The full cooked breakfast included lots of meals.

Place was reasonably clean and cosy. The rooms were well-appointed with all the necessities.

This place is newly renovated and the staff are FUNNY.

I had a lovely stay at this lovely hotel. I had the standard double room with all needed, breakfasts were fine. The bedroom was pretty nice, and the bed was nice. Breakfast with toast and yogurt, for instance. Terrific service provided too.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

Decent stay. The breakfast was savoury and the stuff was willing to help, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Room was common with coffee, Wi-Fi and balcony in it. We enjoyed the views here that where decent.

It was impeccably clean inside. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. I enjoyed Italian cuisine served here. Astonishing hotel, 20 minutes' walk from the downtown. Service was exceptional, nothing too much trouble.

Breakfast was absolutely superb, the staff was brilliant. I got free upgrade and liked it. Unbeatable location to jorvik viking centre. Facilities were adequate too. I had a very comfortable stay in a long time...

Flexible staff, and average restaurant with healthy food. There was plenty of options for breakfast, including cheese, cereal, slices of fresh bread and milk, I liked it. Savoury drinks at downstairs bar, helpful service. The location was phenomenal, the garden was spacious.

It had fresh food, very amiable staff and pleasant location. The room was cosy and exceptionally good, we had a really enjoyable experience. Friendly reception. For sure, free WiFi worked well throughout the property. Enjoyed York, the hotel was exceptionally comfortable.

Loyal staff, satisfactory breakfast, superb service. Hotel was very clean. The owner upon arrival was kind. Really loved dining at Big Bite, set within 15 minutes' walk. They had an early check-in too

good choice for discovering york. they had an english breakfast that included hot chocolate and tea. enjoyed it.

Honestly no complains at all. I recommend you to eat at The Saddle Inn, that is set 600 metres away.
